18日北方冷高压中心附近有低压系统持续发展，迫使南下冷空气挥师东进。早8时有强低气压中心位于内蒙东部，华北地区盛行偏西风，而长江以南地区无冷空气光顾，仍有大片污染区域。

预报回顾：
当日矮马全国AQI预报仍较预报结果偏低，长江以南污染带在实测结果中清晰可见。预计未来在北方冷空气恢复南下扩散路径后该污染带才会得到有效清除。
