如何应对PM2.5污染

对个人而言，在污染比较严重的灰霾天气，最好尽量减少户外活动。外出的话，如有必要可以戴N95型口罩。符合N95标准的口罩，在正确佩戴时可过滤掉95%粒径大于0.3微米的细粒子。另外，自觉利用公共交通，减少私家车驾驶以及使用清洁能源，都会有效帮助减轻PM_2.5污染。

当然要从根本上解决PM_2.5污染问题，还需要由政府为主导，有效配置资源，全社会统一行动对付污染源。对PM_2.5的有效控制，首先应在国家的层面上做到科学立法，严格执法，规范监测网络，标准化检测方法，统一排查污染源，编制准确的污染源清单，分解责任，用法规的形式强制实施有效的控制措施。

具体而言，要治理PM_2.5的污染，需从源头入手，例如严格控制机动车排放（提高机动车排放标准，淘汰高排放车辆）、改善城市交通状况、调整城市产业结构（例如北京市将首钢在石景山区的冶炼、热轧项目停产），优化能源结构（例如北京市区的“煤改电”工程等），控制燃煤和工业排放，减少建筑、道路扬尘，加强加油站废气回收等。鉴于PM_2.5在大气中输送距离远以及不同污染物之间会发生相互转化的特点，还需建立区域联防联控措施，并实施多种污染物的协同控制。
